This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our local food and drink community, working alongside our brilliant team of volunteers and passionate local traders.
What you’ll be doing:
Market Day Management: Being the face of the market on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and successfully.
Trader Relations & Recruitment: Liaising with our current market traders and actively finding and retaining amazing new talent to keep our markets vibrant.
Behind-the-Scenes Administration: Keeping things organised, from bookings and compliance to general admin and invoicing.
Social Media Management & Marketing: Helping us shout about our markets, tell our traders’ stories, and drive footfall through engaging content. Managing our wider marketing campaign.
A self-starter who is entirely comfortable working independently but loves collaborating with a team of passionate volunteers.
A natural communicator who is sociable, approachable, and thrives on building great relationships.
Someone proactive with fresh ideas to help our markets grow and evolve.

This is a self employed role and you will be expected to manage your own workload and hours. It’s fully flexible, although we will need you to be available on market days! A laptop, printer and phone will be provided. Opportunity for an immediate start for the right candidate.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
