Bar & Waiting Staff
Blackmoor Golf Club is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our Bar & Catering team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming, member-focused environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. You will take pride in maintaining high standards of service while building strong relationships with our members and guests.
Due to the seasonal nature of the golf club, flexibility is essential. The role will require working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately.
- Serving food and beverages to members and guests.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions accurately, including end-of-day reconciliation where required.
- Assisting with the setup and service of club events, functions, and competitions.
- Working in the Halfway Hut, serving golfers with refreshments and light meals.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar, dining areas, and service points.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospitality team.

- Previous bar, hospitality, or waiting experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
