MHILD Care Ltd is looking for an exceptional, resilient, and forward-thinking Registered Manager to lead our specialist residential care home in Woking.
Our service supports incredible individuals aged 18–65 who face complex, intersecting challenges across Mental Health, Autism (ASD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and ADHD. As our Registered Manager, you won’t just manage compliance; you will inspire a dedicated team to deliver truly person-centred, active support that builds independence and enhances quality of life.

What we need from you:
- The Credentials: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- The Track Record: 2+ years of management experience within a residential or supported living setting specializing in complex needs (Mental Health, LD, or ASD).
- CQC Expertise: A proven history of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC ratings, with a flawless understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, and safeguarding frameworks.
- The Leadership Edge: Excellent emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the resilience to lead a team through crisis and positive behavior support (PBS) strategies.
Added Advantage: Are you a Registered Nurse? If you hold an active RMN or RNLD qualification, we would love to hear from you—your clinical background is a massive plus for our complex environment!
