We are looking for a Head Kitchen Porter to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at Bread Street Kitchen – Bishopsgate.
What you do as a Kitchen Porter:

Lead and support the Kitchen Porter team, ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised and fully operational throughout service

Oversee the cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Ensure all health, safety and food hygiene procedures are followed at all times
-
Support the kitchen team with deliveries, stock organisation and waste management
-
Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure all daily, weekly and deep cleaning tasks are completed
-
Train, coach and motivate Kitchen Porters, ensuring new team members are welcomed and supported
-
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen

Take pride in maintaining a safe, efficient and well-organised working environment
