Job Summary
We are seeking vigilant and dedicated Site Security Operatives (Guarding) to safeguard our client's facilities, assets, and personnel. In this role, you will be the first line of defence, ensuring a secure environment through Quick Reaction Force (QRF) / incident response. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to safety will help maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. Duration:
Until the end of November 2026
Shift Pattern:
12-hour shifts
4 shifts on, 2 shifts off
Rotating days and nights

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
- Perform routine patrols of the facility, including perimeter checks, fence inspections, and walkthroughs to deter theft and vandalism.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance observations for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- SC Clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience in security operations or guarding roles is preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to stand, walk, or remain stationary for extended periods while maintaining focus on security duties.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues, visitors, and emergency responders.
