Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar/Floor Staff. Duties
- Serve drinks and food to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
- Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and address any queries or concerns
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Basic maths skills for handling bills, payments, and stock counts
- Excellent time management to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Good organisational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace
