Duties
- Provide expert guidance on digital service offerings, including cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure, to clients and internal teams.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features, benefits, and technical capabilities.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing their use of digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently by prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines through effective time management.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service requests, and technical configurations using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences in English, ensuring understanding at all levels.
Requirements
- Proven presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences and convey technical concepts effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or related technical fields is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
