Role Snapshot
- Proactive B2B outreach to book qualified meetings with decision‑makers
- Multichannel: phone, email, LinkedIn
- Research target accounts/personas; tailor messaging
- Log activity and data accurately in Salesforce
- Partner with BDMs to refine targeting and lead quality
Requirements
- 1 year+ in customer service, telemarketing, telesales, or B2B lead generation
- Excellent written/verbal communication; confident on the phone
- Organised, proactive, metrics-driven
- Experience of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (desirable)
- Track record booking sales-ready meetings (desirable)
- Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Location & Pay
- Based in our Poundbury - WFH availability post probationary period
- Competitive base + uncapped commission and bonuses (DOE)
