This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and ambitious General Manager to take the reins of Slug & Lettuce George Street, a high-volume, high-profile venue in the heart of Edinburgh’s prestigious New Town.
Located on one of the city's most vibrant hospitality destinations, this impressive two-bar operation enjoys a constant flow of locals, professionals, students and tourists. From popular brunches and after-work drinks to premium cocktails, DJ-led weekends and unforgettable celebrations, this is a business that never stands still.
We're looking for a commercially astute, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn great guest experiences into exceptional business results.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profit growth
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills
- Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive city-centre market
- High standards, attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- A valid Personal Licence is essential
