We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales and Events Executive to join our team at the iconic Nottingham Forest Football Club, helping to drive sales growth and showcase everything this exceptional venue has to offer.
As Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and converting enquiries into profitable events, while building strong relationships with clients and venue partners. You'll oversee the full sales journey, from the initial enquiry through to confirmed booking, ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.
You'll play a key role in achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and helping position Nottingham Forest Football Club as one of the region's leading event destinations.

What You'll Do:

Managing inbound sales enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed business.

Building long-term relationships with clients, creating opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Producing tailored proposals and quotations that meet client needs while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Working closely with operational teams to ensure events are delivered in line with client expectations.

Conducting venue show rounds and representing the venue at networking events, exhibitions and sales activities.

Maintaining accurate records through CRM systems and ensuring a high level of data quality.

Supporting the development of the Sales & Events Coordinator.

Contributing to venue sales strategies, forecasts and commercial plans to drive continued growth.

What You Bring:

Experience in venue sales, hospitality sales, conferencing, events or a similar customer-focused commercial role.

A proven track record of converting enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
-
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify profitable opportunities.
-
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
-
The confidence to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver against ambitious targets.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
-
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
