Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who are hands-on and technically capable.
You should be comfortable walking the site, checking workmanship and managing trades, while also being able to sit with architects and engineers, review drawings, resolve design queries and manage the overall programme.
We want someone capable of running a project on behalf of the Construction Director, rather than someone who only supervises day-to-day site.
