OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main purpose of this position is to manage incoming sales enquiries, process orders, and provide expert advice on bathroom products to customers. The role involves handling customer queries, offering tailored solutions, and supporting both the showroom and external sales activities to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards sales and customer service, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
- Handling phone and email enquiries, directing calls as appropriate.
- Processing incoming sales orders, quotations, and design requests.
- Maintaining accurate records of all quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Providing product advice and guidance to customers in the showroom and remotely.
- Supporting the showroom and external sales team with sales and promotional activities.
- Organising and maintaining sales documentation, including contracts, job sheets, risk assessments, and promotional materials.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the branch.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in bathroom or related product sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent administration, organisation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant IT systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Efficient and accurate completion of all duties and tasks, ensuring excellent service provision.
- Professional management of contracts and sales processes to maximise margin and encourage repeat business.
