What you'll be responsible for
- Providing strong, compassionate leadership to create a positive and supportive culture.
- Ensuring outstanding person-centred care and regulatory compliance.
- Leading the home towards Good and Outstanding CQC outcomes.
- Driving occupancy and building strong relationships within the local community.
- Managing the home's financial performance and operational excellence.
- Coaching, developing, and empowering a high-performing team.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
- A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent inspection outcomes.
- Strong commercial awareness and operational management experience.
- The ability to inspire others through authentic, visible leadership.
