As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work across a varied portfolio of technology change, supporting initiatives across areas such as Insurance, Road Operations, Sales, Finance, B2B and wider Group functions. You will play a key role in understanding business needs, shaping clear and actionable requirements, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, testers and external partners.
This is a role for someone who can work confidently across both digital platforms and legacy or back-end systems, bringing structure, clarity and challenge to complex change environments. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, asking the right questions and translating detail into practical requirements that help teams deliver well across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
You will also support the wider Business Analysis community, providing coaching, guidance and thought leadership to junior colleagues while helping drive better ways of working. Experience across insurance, financial services, payments, mobile workforce management, SAP, regulatory change or supplier led technology delivery would be beneficial but is not essential. Relevant professional qualifications such as BCS or IIBA would also be welcomed.

- Support delivery across both Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring requirements are understood, prioritised and delivered to the required quality.
- Facilitate workshops, lead requirements discussions and gain consensus across varied stakeholder groups, including senior leaders and subject matter experts.
- Coach and support more junior Business Analysts, sharing best practice and contributing to the ongoing development of the BA community.
- Significant Business Analysis experience gained within a corporate or complex enterprise environment.
- Experience working across both digital products and legacy or back-end systems, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, with practical experience of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience capturing, analysing and documenting requirements, including process mapping, data modelling and non-functional requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence decisions.
- A pragmatic, analytical and delivery focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across complex change portfolios.
