Resource Co-Ordinator
Crown SDS are offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a great team environment in a rapidly growing business.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Resourcerto support the attraction and onboarding of self-employed drivers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume recruitment style environments and is confident engaging with drivers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively source and attract self-employed drivers through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and local outreach.
· Conduct high-volume driver outreach, including calls, messages, and follow-ups to engage potential drivers.
· Screen drivers to assess suitability, including availability, licensing, and compliance requirements.
· Coordinate onboarding processes, including document collection and interview scheduling.
· Maintain accurate and up to date driver resource records in all appropriate systems in accordance with business objectives, ensuring compliance of all driver documentation
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective drivers, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
· Assist in creating targeted job adverts and campaigns aimed at attracting self-employed drivers.
· Work closely with operations and hiring teams to meet driver recruitment targets and demand.
Skills & Experience
· Strong communication skills, particularly confident in phone-based outreach and candidate engagement.
· Strong admin skills, to be confident in using Microsoft packages.
· Experience in high-volume recruitment, sales, or lead generation (driver or logistics recruitment experience is a plus).
· Familiarity with sourcing resources via social media and online platforms.
· Ability to manage multiple applicants and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage self-employed individuals.
· Highly organised with good attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance documentation and GDPR.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £28,900.00 per year
