We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a luxury hotel in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about exceptional food, outstanding service and leading a high-performing team.
The successful Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional farm-to-fork dining experience while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently achieved.

The Person
The successful Restaurant Manager will have:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant.
- A genuine passion for exceptional food, wine and hospitality.
- A strong understanding of sustainable, seasonal and farm-to-fork dining.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and develop a successful team.
- Experience managing the day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant.
- The ability to build strong relationships across departments and work closely with the kitchen team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional attention to detail.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
