Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Experience in Sales and Business development with Dynamics 365/AX/CRM with at least 4 years’ experience with 2 years in US, UK and EMEA regions.
Good Experience with Account Management and Client Relation Management.
Good Communication skills
Experienced with big SOW (Statement of Work) preparation and discussions.
Must have a clear understanding on different process and methodologies for customer acquisitions.
Self-Motivated & Self Driven individual who has clear vision and a Go Getter Attitude.
Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Candidate have consistently and proactively met targets
Strong time management skills
Must have done Bachelors or Masters in Management
