Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms and compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initial proposal through to completion and renewal.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth contract execution.
- Monitor contractual performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to organisational policies and relevant legislation.
- Provide guidance on contractual obligations and risk management strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of existing contracts to identify opportunities for optimisation or renegotiation.
Experience
- Proven experience in contract management within a similar industry or environment.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology related to contracts, procurement, and compliance.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Demonstrable negotiation skills with a track record of securing favourable terms.
- Experience working closely with legal teams or legal advisors is desirable.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
