A Plus Aluminium is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, motivated Trainee Processor, Estimator & Production Administrator to join our growing team in Watford. This is an excellent role for someone eager to build a long-term career in the glazing and aluminium fabrication industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing customer quotations and orders for windows and doors across both domestic and commercial glazing systems.
- Advising customers over the phone on suitable product options and technical specifications.
- Working towards set KPIs within the estimating and processing teams.
- Providing admin support to the estimating and processing departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- You will gain valuable experience across multiple departments making this the ideal role for someone who wants the opportunity for quick career progression.

- Excellent memory and retention skills - this role requires absorbing large amounts of information quickly.
- Works on the front foot – someone who likes to work at pace, keep things moving and get results quickly – without cutting corners.
- Strong ability to learn new systems and processes - you’ll be working with technical manuals and a wide range of products.
- A good academic background - strong A‑Level or GCSE results, or a recent graduate.
- A positive, can‑do attitude - someone who is willing to support multiple departments as needed.
