The Head Chef of a luxury seaside hotel that has a number of dining options available to its guests is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 8 chefs. The hotel offers award-winning fine dining in the restaurant, has a lounge bar, offers afternoon teas, caters for weddings and also offers private dining options. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working across all of the sections to assist to prepare the regularly changing seasonal menus and will receive great training. This is a very busy and popular venue, which is busy all year round but especially during holiday period. The kitchen has full autonomy to create their own menus, as a result you will be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the menu planning sessions.
Requirements:
A Chef de Partie with a stable background is needed for this position. Previous experience working in rosette standard kitchens serving multiple dining outlets where you were cooking with all fresh ingredients is essential.
