Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure all areas meet quality standards
- Assign tasks to cleaning staff and monitor their performance for efficiency and thoroughness
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or improvement
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to address any concerns or special requests
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and safety checks
- Promote a positive work environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and fostering teamwork
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning services or supervisory roles within the facilities management sector
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license preferred for overseeing mobile cleaning operations or transporting supplies
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally and promptly
- Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety protocols
