About the role:
As a Customer Service Liaison you will be responsible for the customers first impression of our highly-respected Accident Repair Centre. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Greeting all customers promptly and warmly upon entering the business.
Carrying out follow up calls to customers after vehicle repair.
Ensuring customers have adequate refreshment whilst waiting and that all customer facing areas of the business are clean and tidy.
About you:
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Liaison, who will be able to deliver exceptional customer service alongside excellent telephone etiquette.
You must be self-motivated and able to respond to the increasingly sales based demands of the role, as well as being well organised and care passionately about exceeding customer expectations in this important, high profile front of house role.
