Our client, a well-established boutique freight forwarder, is looking to recruit an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role
- Coordinate import and export air freight shipments from start to finish.
- Liaise with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and transport providers.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customs and IATA regulations.
- Handle Dangerous Goods shipments in line with current legislation.
- Provide excellent customer service and proactive shipment updates.
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years’ air freight operations experience.
- Must hold an IATA Dangerous Goods qualification.
- Must have a familiarity with the infrastructure of the airports, ie security checks – warehouses etc.
