Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage service staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee guest interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and service schedules to optimise efficiency
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations within all food and beverage areas
- Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to foster professional development
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences
- Familiarity with hotel operations, human resources practices, and hospitality standards
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
