What we’re looking for
- Someone who loves hospitality, people, and the rhythm of a busy floor
- Experience is great, but attitude wins every time
- Confident, switched on, and calm when it gets hectic
- A decent level of English and the right to work 20+ hours in the UK
- Happy working evenings and weekends, that’s when we come alive
Your gig
- Run your section like it’s yours, own it, care for it, keep it sharp
- Welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and read the room
- Keep service smooth between kitchen, bar, and floor
- Stay on top of details, clean tables, full glasses, no one waiting too long
- Bring energy, keep standards high, and look after your team
