About the Role
As a receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel — greeting guests with a smile, handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently, and ensuring all visitors receive the best possible service. You’ll work closely with all departments to make sure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has Previous experience using Rezlynx PMS
- Has a friendly and professional manner with a passion for customer service
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is confident using computers and booking systems
- Can remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is flexible and reliable, with the ability to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
- Holds a driving licence and access to transport (preferred due to our countryside location)
