Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing activities, supplier communication, and procurement support workflows
- Identify supplier options, compare service proposals, and support vendor selection
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments
- Monitor pricing updates, delivery timelines, documentation, and service quality
- Support contract coordination, order follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Prepare reports, sourcing summaries, supplier records, and process improvement recommendations
- Ensure sourcing activities follow company procedures, timelines, and service standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier coordination, purchasing, supply chain support, logistics, or business operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, procurement systems, or client service teams is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£73,000.00 per year
