Bar Manager / Bar Person – Live-In Opportunity Available
We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated person to run our friendly village bar.
Located in a beautiful rural village, our bar offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a loyal local customer base.
The Role
* Running the bar independently during the week.
* Working alongside the owner at weekends during busier periods.
* Managing day-to-day bar operations with confidence and initiative.
* Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
* Opening and closing the premises, cash handling, and keeping the bar clean and well-stocked.
What We’re Looking For
* Someone reliable, trustworthy, and able to work on their own initiative.
* A friendly, approachable personality with good customer service skills.
* Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.
* A positive attitude and willingness to become part of the local village community.
