Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting a young man to live his day to day life. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with him.
Our Shifts: 9am - 11pm (sleepover 11pm - 7am) 7am - 9am
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for staff to be able to work a 24 hour shift
Contract: 14 hour permanent contract
Driving License Required? Yes, with own car (due to location of service) - must be over age 25 due to insurance requirements
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting a gentleman with life changing injuries to live in his own home and live his daily life. he enjoys swimming, gardening, walks, BBQ's, visiting Castles.
