Coastal Construction Cornwall LTD is a well-established, bespoke North Cornwall construction firm specializing in high-specification new builds and refurbishments. We are passionate about delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship on every project.
We are looking for someone to join our team working on high-quality, one-off residential projects across North and Mid Cornwall.
The role is varied and would suit someone who is confident both on machinery and getting involved with general groundworks.
You should be comfortable operating a swing shovel/excavator, including on tighter or more challenging sites, and be happy carrying out a range of groundwork tasks when required.
Typical work may include:
● Excavation and site preparation
● Drainage and services
● Foundations and concrete works
● Landscaping and external works
● General groundworks
● Plant operation
We are looking for someone practical, reliable and able to work independently as well as alongside the rest of the site team.
The projects are predominantly individual, bespoke homes rather than large-volume developments, so the work tends to be varied from one site to the next
Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
