We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who can take ownership of our marketing processes, reporting infrastructure, and campaign operations. You won't simply be supporting the marketing team; you will be improving how marketing works across the business. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to streamline workflows, optimize marketing technology, and ensure every campaign is backed by accurate data and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations: Manage and improve marketing workflows, campaign processes, and operational efficiency across multiple marketing initiatives.
Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign execution, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports that provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
CRM & Marketing Technology: Maintain CRM data quality, support marketing automation platforms, and ensure accurate lead tracking throughout the customer journey.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and support strategic decision-making using measurable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to align objectives, improve communication, and deliver successful marketing initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, CRM Administration, or a similar marketing operations role.
Technical Skills: Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and digital marketing analytics platforms.
Analytical Ability: Comfortable interpreting marketing data, identifying opportunities for optimization, and presenting insights in a clear and meaningful way.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
Mindset: You enjoy improving processes, solving operational challenges, and using technology and data to help marketing teams perform at their best. You take ownership of your work, embrace continuous improvement, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Pay: £48,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
