First Impression: Warmly greeting patients, checking them in for appointments, and managing a welcoming waiting area.

Contact Lens Care: Handling contact lens orders, handing completed orders to patients, and managing stock/trial bank replenishment.
Diary Coordination: Managing the daily appointment diary, tracking arrivals, handling fail-to-attends, and scheduling future appointments.
Clinic Prep & Admin: Preparing clinics for the day, processing payments, checking and responding to practice emails, and maintaining strict GDPR compliance.
