Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, providing correct change and receipts
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the station fully equipped for busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume periods smoothly and deliver excellent customer experiences
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or restaurant experience, with a passion for service excellence
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure safe handling of beverages and ingredients
