We are looking for individuals to work in our community care and supported living services, providing care and support to people in their own homes. The job role entails:
- We specialise in Supporting adults and families with Learning disabilities and Autism/adhd, enabling them to live independently at home.
- The care needed will be unique to each person you support and may include: personal care; daily living skills; enabling people to reach their personal goals and ambitions; and support to attend appointments and access the community such as clubs, disco’s, college, work, going to the pub, and holidays.
- Support is provided over days, evenings, and weekends.
- Hours provided are flexible.
- Pay is calculated from when you start to when you finish the day with gaps or no gaps if preferred.
- Driver essential. Mileage is paid at 0.45p per mile from your first client to your last.
- Experience is not essential as we will provide full training.
- Pay starts at £13.27- 13.62 per hour and increases with each NVQ level held and experience within role.
