About the Role
Due to continued growth, Cavendish Rentals is seeking a motivated and professional Tenancy Manager to join our expanding team in Mold. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a substantial portfolio of approximately 200–250 properties, managing the full tenancy lifecycle while delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
You will be the main point of contact for your portfolio, confidently overseeing maintenance coordination, legal and safety compliance, rent increases, tenancy renewals, and end-of-tenancy procedures. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to build strong, long-term client relationships while being fully supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary of £26,000
- Uncapped commission (OTE £30,000)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (no weekend work)
- 5.6 weeks holiday
- Fully funded Propertymark Level 3 qualification once passed probation period
Key Responsibilities
- Managing maintenance issues by liaising effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and safety requirements
- Handling rent increases and tenancy renewals
- Managing end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns and disputes
- Advising landlords on refurbishment opportunities to maximise rental income
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
- Handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Supporting company growth by providing professional advice and service
- Using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) confidently
- Communicating effectively across teams and branches
Purpose of the Role
To act as a professional liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently and compliantly, while enhancing client relationships and upholding the strong reputation of Cavendish Rentals.

Pay: £25,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
