We are looking for a reliable Production Welder to join our busy fabrication workshop. This role is suited to someone with experience in production welding, capable of producing consistent, high-quality welds in a structured manufacturing environment.
The role will primarily involve MIG welding mild steel, working from drawings and job cards to meet production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding mild steel components
- Working from engineering drawings and job cards
- Producing consistent, high-quality welds
- Meeting production targets and scheduled deadlines
- Carrying out basic quality checks on own work
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a production or fabrication welder
- Confident MIG welding mild steel
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
