● Experience Required
● Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, specialty beverages) to customers
● Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) safely and efficiently
● Follow recipes and portion controls; adjust for taste
● Ensure drink accuracy and consistency
● Refill and clean workstations; restock supplies (beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, napkins)
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area; perform routine cleaning tasks
●Monitor inventory levels; notify supervisor of shortages; assist with stock rotation
●Deliver quality customer service; address complaints politely and resolve issues promptly
● Follow opening and closing procedures
● Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; collaborate as needed
