We opened a month ago with big ambitions. We're now looking for the people who'll grow with us into what comes next.
Our team is a huge part of this and the foundation of everything. How you show up, how you treat guests, the energy you bring it matters as much as anything on the menu.
The role
As a team member, you're the reason guests come back. You hold the standard on the floor, warm, fast, no shortcuts and you bring the energy that makes the place what it is.
What you'll do
— Deliver standout guest experiences: genuine, attentive, every time
— Hold product quality to our standard on every single order.
— Keep the space clean, stocked, and sharp throughout the day
— Show up with a positive attitude and bring the people around you up with you
What we're looking for
— Someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock a shift, we're one month in, and the people joining now are the ones who'll be shaping what comes next.
— Hospitality experience: café, restaurant, deli (anywhere guests matter)
— The kind of person who notices what needs doing and does it
— Punctual, presentable, and proud of the work here and of their own passions outside it
What you get
— £13.80/hr during training, rising to London Living Wage (£14.80) once you're through
— Full time; varied shift pattern shifts run roughly 6.30am–6pm
