Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician and Massage Therapist to join our wellness and beauty team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, biab and specialised nail treatments, lymphatic drainage and deep tissue alongside relaxing massage therapy sessions. This role offers an opportunity to enhance clients' wellbeing and appearance in a welcoming environment. The ideal applicant will possess excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail. MUST have minimum 4 years experience of full time employement.
- Must be very confident.
- Deliver professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, promoting relaxation and relief from tension.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by sanitising tools and workstations according to health standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries or concerns effectively.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future appointments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in nail art, massage techniques, and skincare products to offer innovative services.
Requirements
- recognised certification or qualification in both nail technology and massage therapy.
- Proven experience in delivering professional nail care and massage services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- experience in waxing is desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for enhancing clients’ wellbeing.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends if required; however, the role primarily involves daytime hours during the week.
