This role operates at the intersection of sales, consulting, and delivery, acting as a senior technical and strategic partner to clients, sales teams, and delivery organisations. You will shape complex, enterprise-scale solutions that are commercially compelling and technically robust, while driving opportunity creation and supporting business growth.
As Principal Solution Lead, you will own and drive end-to-end solution outcomes, aligning architecture with client business strategy, enterprise principles, and long-term transformation objectives. You will engage early in the sales cycle as a trusted advisor, shaping deals, defining value propositions, and supporting successful delivery transitions.
You will operate at a senior level across client organisations, influencing stakeholders, governing delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand engagements into broader transformation programmes. This includes contributing directly to pipeline growth, new client acquisition, and the development of AI-led and partner-enabled solutions.
You will be expected to act as a visible leader and thought partner, driving innovation, setting direction, and ensuring the successful positioning and execution of solutions in complex environments.
