We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with vehicles and possess the necessary technical skills to carry out maintenance and repairs efficiently.
Key Duties
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose complex mechanical faults efficiently using strong technical knowledge and systematic troubleshooting techniques.
- Perform high-quality repairs and component replacements while maintaining manufacturer and safety standards.
- Competently operate a wide range of power tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment with precision and care.
- Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to identify faults, wear, and potential safety issues, providing effective repair solutions.
- Replace defective or worn components to restore vehicles to full working order.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and inspection reports in line with company procedures.
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced workshop to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
- Highly proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and automotive workshop equipment.
- Previous experience in vehicle maintenance, servicing, or a related mechanical environment.
- Ability to interpret technical information and carry out repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Capable of managing workloads independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £37,882.00-£50,000.00 per year
