Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on the assembly of products and ensuring quality standards are met. The Production Operator will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. Following safety and hygiene standards and monitoring product quality. Must work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets and ensure consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, identifying any issues and performing basic maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management within the warehouse, ensuring materials are readily available for production needs.
Requirements
- Experience in operating machinery and general warehouse duties.
- Previous experience in Food Production is highly desirable.
- Experience in preparing, processing, and packaging food products in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
