Due to continued organic growth to our facades division, we are looking for an experienced Façade Manager to join our already successful team.
The project is a six month contract for an exciting and icon project in Durham. You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire façade package and some internal works for a high-rise apartment block, ensuring high-quality delivery and collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities: Full management of the façade package and Internal Works including:
- Render (K Rend System), Timber Cladding, Fire Stopping works, restoration of Steel balconies
- Removal and replace internal drylining, firestopping to specific areas and make good exposed areas
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure all works are completed on time• Ensure quality, standards and budget are being met
- Work closely with the Clients Project Team• Ensure seamless integration of the façade works with other project activities.
- Oversee quality control, health & safety and compliance
- Ensure that all façade installations meet both client and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor progress, resolve any issues that may arise, and provide regular reports
- Work closely with the procurement team
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing façade packages, on high-rise residential projects with live residents
- Strong technical knowledge of Render, Cladding and Fire Stopping
- Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations SCS / SMSTS / First Aid are essential for the role
