Role Description
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking self-employed Commercial Cleaners to manage a variety of commercial cleaning contracts across London. Candidates must be dependable, professional, and equipped to perform both routine commercial upkeep and specialized deep cleaning tasks.
Commercial Cleaning Services
- Office & Corporate Cleaning: Daily or weekly desk sanitization, carpet vacuuming, rubbish removal, and common area maintenance.
- Retail Store & Showroom Cleaning: High-traffic floor care, glass display polishing, and customer area sanitation.
- End-of-Tenancy & Venue Cleans: Complete deep cleaning for commercial properties, hospitality venues, and rental facilities prior to turnover.
- Site Maintenance: High-level dusting, sweeping, scrubber-dryer floor cleaning, and staff breakroom sanitization.
- Specialized Deep Cleans: Specialist biohazard cleans, hoarder property clearances, and sensitive trauma/after-death site restorations.
- Commercial Carpet & Upholstery Care: Deep cleaning, stain removal, and hot water extraction for office furnishings and carpets.

Candidate Requirements
- License & Driving: Must hold a full, valid UK Driver's License.
- Work Authorization: Right to work in the UK.

- Fitness & Mindset: Physically fit, mentally resilient, discreet, and comfortable handling demanding site environments.
- Experience: Previous commercial or specialist cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
