Do you have excellent English grades at GCSE and A level?
We are looking for an English tutor who loves education, loves children, likes meeting people and enjoys helping them reach their educational goals. Our students are children, so you can pass on your passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of English to information sponges and get a laugh or two along the way.
IMPORTANT: This role requires a commitment to ALL of the days and times listed below. Please only apply if you are able to cover every one of them.
Mondays, 5pm to 7pm at our Beckenham centre
Wednesdays, 5pm to 7pm at our Beckenham centre
Saturdays, 9am to 3.30pm at our Beckenham centre
There is also the option to take on additional online tuition alongside these hours, with times to suit you.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Previous experience in education, whether teaching, tutoring or administration, would be a bonus, but we want to give something back too, so if you have the knowledge (excellent English GCSEs and A levels) we will train you.
Essential
Competent computer skills, with access to email and the internet
A valid DBS check, or a willingness to apply for one
Excellent English grades at GCSE and A level
A valid UK passport or work permit
