Profile:
We’re looking for a relationship‑driven, commercially minded professional to grow adoption of Charles Stanley products and services within Raymond James Wealth Management. You’ll build long‑term partnerships with advisory firms across your region, promoting solutions including Bespoke DFM, MPS, AIM IHT and Multi‑Asset OEICs.
As the regional face of the Charles Stanley brand, you’ll lead strategic conversations, identify growth opportunities and ensure advisers receive the insight and support they need.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive regional growth through strong, values‑led partnerships
- Promote Charles Stanley solutions across a diverse adviser base
- Lead engagement with key firms and influence senior stakeholders
- Shape propositions using market insight and competitor analysis
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated solutions
- Use CRM and analytics to track performance and inform decisions
- Mentor the Sales Executive and support a proactive team culture
What You’ll Bring:
- Strategic business development experience in financial services
- Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A collaborative, commercially minded approach
- IMC (or equivalent) welcome but not essential
