We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to work with us in delivering exceptional educational experiences to our students.
Your Role:
As an SEN Teacher at Pioneer Tec, your main responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging, personalized learning programmes for children and young people with SEN, specifically those with Autism Spectrum Conditions and Learning Disabilities. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create a nurturing environment where students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and specialists to ensure effective learning strategies.
- Provide support to students in a variety of settings, including both in-class learning and extracurricular activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Desirable: Training or certification in Special Educational Needs (e.g., SENCO qualification, Autism Awareness, or other relevant courses).
- A strong commitment to promoting the academic, emotional, and social development of students with SEN.
- The ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
