Lea Marston Hotel is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to join our friendly hospitality team.
Whether you're serving in our restaurant, bar, or conference and events spaces, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently across our restaurant, bar, and conference & event facilities.
- Prepare service areas and ensure all mise en place is completed before service.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables to the hotel's standards.
- Provide attentive table service and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, drinks, and promotions.
- Maximise sales through upselling food, desserts, and beverages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout your shift.
- Handle equipment safely and follow company procedures.
- Comply with food safety, health & safety, licensing, and security policies.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Attend training sessions and continually develop your skills.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential—we'll provide full training.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
