Job Overview:
We are currently looking for an architectural designer with at least 5 years experience to work on a variety of small projects, to deal with a peak workload .
Applicants should have experience in architectural design and/or technical specification as well as an understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
The successful candidate will work with the business owner (or others) to deliver interesting projects, primarily drawing with 3D CAD software (Revit), but with some liaison with planners, specialist suppliers or contractors.
The role is 2 or 3 days per week, office-based (in Long Crendon).
Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9-5. Would consider school-friendly hours.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of UK experience
- Ability to produce technical drawings / use CAD software
- Have a good working knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations
- Good inter-personal skills
- A degree in architectural technology or an engineering degree
Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
