To accurately support the Administration environment and provide support for staff with administrative and technical support to other departments and to assist with general administration and accounting matters and projects.
- Process employee travel and daily expenses and input into ANA’s accounting system (SAP).
- Process and check supplier invoices and uploading into DWA.
- General administrative support for accounts team and wider EMEA accounting.
- Operate and improve ANA’s TC2 employee management system (EMEA Portal), upload and manage necessary information and data within the Portal.
- Support for day to day HR related duties including but not limited to EMEA payrolls, travel benefits, on/off boarding of employees and duty ticketing.
- Support with duty travel, MyID bookings, APaSS-BB, retiree’s travel benefit requests and hotel bookings.
- Administrative support to London Heathrow administration offline and other TC2 stations.
- Support the IT environment and IT related equipment within EMEA.
- Support with troubleshooting and project work within EMEA.
- Support annual budget submissions and preparation of profit and loss reports.
- Submission of Operation and Codeshare Permits to authorities within TC2.
- Support for the key elements of expatriate employee welfare such as visa arrangements, opening of bank accounts, housing and utility coordination
- Responsible for the annual submission of Company accounts to Companies House and update of Board Members.
- Support the management and planning of the Executive Vice President's daily schedule and arrangements for ANA Executives from Head Office on business in the UK.
- Support for ad hoc projects and administrative tasks within the London Administration Department and EMEA Administration generally.
- Support the Administration team with administration duties and provide back-up cover for other staff on annual leave.
- Troubleshoot building maintenance issues and day to day supervision of London city office contractors / suppliers.
- Inventory management of office supplies
- Reception, post, courier and co-mail duties.
